About the Project
MaRS Trans USA worked on the RO Building Project in California, USA with a built-up area of 10,000 sq.m. The project required LOD 500 modeling to deliver highly accurate as-built details. Our team used Recap Pro and Revit to create a precise digital model.
The project was completed during 2020–22 and included complex structural, architectural, and MEP elements. The Scan to BIM model supported construction, operation, and facility management. It provided exact details for future maintenance and upgrades.
