Paramount Scan to BIM
About the Project
MaRS Trans USA delivered Scan to BIM services for the Paramount Project in Texas, USA with a total area of 88,000 sq.m. The project required LOD 450 modeling to achieve high detailing for construction and coordination. Our team used Recap Pro and Revit to complete the task with accuracy.
The project was executed during 2019–21 and included architectural, structural, and MEP systems. The digital model created from scan data supported construction activities and design validation. It also helped the client plan renovations and manage assets effectively.
