About the Project
MaRS BIM Solutions worked on the Combined Sheet Set Project in San Diego, California with a built-up area of 50,000 sq.m. The project required LOD 450 modeling to achieve detailed coordination and construction-level outputs. Our team used Revit and Navisworks to deliver high-accuracy results.
The project was carried out during 2018–20 and included architectural, structural, and MEP systems. The BIM model supported detailed documentation and helped the client manage design and construction activities with greater efficiency. It also improved coordination between multiple teams.
