• All intellectual property created during the project will be owned by the Client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in the agreement. 
• The Company retains the right to use non-confidential, non-identifiable project materials for portfolio or marketing purposes, unless prohibited by the Client in writing. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

• MaRS Trans USA LLC will make every effort to deliver services with accuracy and professionalism. 
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. 
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific project. 

10. Termination of Services

• Upon termination, both parties must return any confidential materials belonging to the other party.
