About the Project
MaRS Trans USA worked on the Data Center Project in Dallas, TX with a total area of 30,000 sq.m. The project required LOD 400 BIM modeling to deliver construction-ready details. Our team used Revit and Navisworks to create precise and well-coordinated models.
The project was completed during 2020–21 and included architectural, structural, and MEP systems. The BIM model supported design validation, construction planning, and system integration. It also provided accurate information for future facility operations.
