An Extension of Your Team, Not a Vendor

When your BIM workload grows faster than your staff, we place trained modelers and coordinators directly into your workflow. They follow your standards, join your meetings, and report to your project leads. You get production capacity without the cost of hiring, training, or software licensing.

Trained on Real Coordination Work, Not Just Software

Every resource has hands-on experience in clash resolution, MEP coordination, and constructible modeling before joining your project. They understand field tolerances, installation sequencing, and trade coordination, not just how to build a model in Revit or Navisworks.

Why Dedicated Resources

Built for Firms That Need Reliable Modeling Capacity

Every resource goes through a technical screening on real coordination scenarios before being shortlisted for your project. You review profiles, sample work, and software proficiency before confirming placement, so the person joining your team is a fit before day one, not after.

Immediate Deployment
Resources are matched and onboarded in days, not weeks. No job posting, interviewing, or training period on your side.
Direct Project Control
You assign tasks, set priorities, and review output daily. Resources work inside your project timeline and your quality standards.
Flexible Engagement
Scale from one modeler to a full coordination team as project demand changes. Reduce or extend the engagement anytime.

Quality Control

Every deliverable passes internal QA before reaching your team. Model accuracy, LOD compliance, and clash status are checked against your project requirements.

Software and Standards

Resources work in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360, following your BIM execution plan, naming conventions, and file structure from day one.

Communication and Reporting

Daily or weekly progress reporting, direct access to assigned resources, and participation in your coordination meetings across time zones.
